Niantic confirms issue where after updating to app version 0.305, Pokémon GO players are seeing an error message without any readable information

Niantic has updated an official known issues support page for Pokémon GO. Read on below to learn more:

AR Mode error message for unsupported devices shows code

Issue Description: After updating to app version 0.305, Trainers whose devices don’t support AR attempting to use AR Mode in wild Pokémon encounters or to take photos of their Buddy Pokémon are seeing an error message without any readable information. 

Issue Status: Working on a fix for the error message

  3. looks like its time to uninstall the game. Was working perfectly fine yesterday. Today it must have updated and now although i can log in and catch pokermon, i cannot do anything else.

    Unsupported device AR.

    fix – Buy a new expensive phone that supports the game and has certain features… erm 2 words for you there, F.O or are you gonna hand out free phones?

  4. bonjour j’ai un redmi note 13 neuve la fonction RA ne fonctionne pas car le tel serai pas adapter pour cette fonction serait il possible d’avoir une fonction qui permet de pouvoir utiliser cette fonction RA ou un autre programme de mise a jour dommage d’être bloqué sur sa
