Issue Description: After purchasing tickets for Pokémon GO Fest: Sendai, Pokémon GO Fest: Madrid or Pokémon GO Fest: New York, some parents are unable to purchase additional add-ons.
Issue Status: Working on a fix.
Confirmed Workaround: Retrying the Add-On purchase 24 hours after the initial error resolves the issue.
