Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration showcases YOSHIROTTEN’s futuristic card designs

Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration is highlighting the work of acclaimed Japanese artist YOSHIROTTEN, who has created Futuristic rare cards and other special artwork for the expansion marking 30 years of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. In a new video interview with Creatures Inc. Art Director Satoru Nagaya, YOSHIROTTEN discusses the influences behind his designs and his vision for the Futuristic rare cards, foil Basic Energy cards and other artwork featured in the set, with the video also showcasing the detailed textures of the Mew ex, Mewtwo ex and Basic Energy cards. Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration releases worldwide on Sept. 16, 2026, while attendees at the Pokémon Trading Card Game: 30th Celebration booth during PokémonXP from Aug. 28-30 can receive a random foil Basic Energy card from the expansion while supplies last.
