Pokémon Sleep will expand access to its Research Community feature following a planned update on Oct. 22, 2026, at 4 a.m. The feature, which was previously restricted by age, will become available to researchers who were unable to access it, allowing them to add friends and share sleep research records with other players. Once unlocked, the Research Community feature can be accessed through the button in Pokémon Sleep’s Main Menu.
