Pokémon TV released “Team Rocket’s Best Tricks and Costumes” on Oct. 24, featuring Jessie and James’ schemes and disguises from Pokémon’s third and fourth seasons. The video looks back at the duo’s attempts to catch Pikachu, even as their plans continue to fall short.
