Pokkén Tournament DX demo now available in English on Nintendo Switch

The recently-announced demo version for Pokkén Tournament DX will launch in the Nintendo eShop later today, August 23, at 9 p.m. PT / 12 a.m. ET on Nintendo Switch in North America. The European eShop will be receiving the same demo shortly after on August 24. However, all Nintendo Switch users can download the English version of the demo right now via the Japanese eShop, due to the console’s nature of being region-free. The demo features three playable characters – Pikachu, Charizard and Empoleon – as well as two sets of support Pokémon: Snivy and Lapras or Reshiram and Cresselia.
