In Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu and Let’s Go Eevee, the main character has a TV and Nintendo Switch in the middle of his or her bedroom. Male Trainers own a blue Joy-Con controller, whereas female Trainers have the red Joy-Con that completes the set. There’s another visual difference between the Japanese and Western versions of the game. In the Japanese versions, the main Trainers houses have a red or green rooftop. On the other hand, the rooftops are red or blue in the Western versions. This is a subtle nod to Pokémon Red and Green (which launched in Japan) versus Pokémon Red and Blue (which launched in the West):
Japanese rooftops are Red or Green, Western rooftops are Red or Blue in Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu and Let’s Go Eevee
