Famitsu reports that Super Smash Bros. Ultimate opened at 1.3 million units sold in Japan alone

It’s no surprise that Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has been selling extremely well right out of the gate. Famitsu is reporting that the highly-anticipated fighting title opened at 1.3 million units sold in Japan alone. The game is already the fastest-selling Super Smash Bros. game and the fastest-selling Nintendo Switch game. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is available now as a Nintendo Switch exclusive.
