The Pokémon Company has announced further dates and locations for the 2019 Pokémon VGC and TCG Championship Series, which officially kicked off on November 16, 2018, in Latin America:
February 15 to February 17, 2019, at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre in Melbourne, Australia
- This event is the only International Championship that will use the Moon Series set of rules for VGC tournaments.
- The Moon Series doesn’t allow Mega Stones but permits using Z-Moves in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon.
April 26 to April 28, 2019, in Berlin, Germany
- The European International Championships will feature the Ultra Series rules for VGC, which permits Z-Moves and Mega Stones.
June 2019: North America – U.S.
