Niantic reveals new Pokémon GO loading screen with Team GO Rocket, new admins and Shadow Pokémon

Over the past few days, Pokémon GO developer Niantic has been teasing an unknown discovery from Professor Willow. It turns out that they were related to a brand-new loading screen featuring Team GO Rocket, new admins and Shadow Pokémon:
