Video: Official trailer for the ninth episode of the new Pokémon Sword and Shield anime on January 19

The latest Pokémon anime series is simply called Pocket Monsters, a direct reference to when the anime first began back in 1997. The setting takes place in all Pokémon regions to date, including Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos, Alola, Unova and Galar. Ash and Pikachu have returned and are joined by a new trainer named Go and his partner Scorbunny. The new series officially premiered on November 17, 2019. ジョウト地方のエンジュシティで伝説のポケモン・ホウオウの目撃情報が報告された。サトシとゴウがエンジュシティへ向かうと、早速ホウオウらしきポケモンを発見！しかし、それは少年クリオが仕立てた偽物のホウオウだった。クリオは祖父のジエイにどうしてもホウオウ見せてあげたいのだと言う。果たして本物のホウオウは現れるのか……!?
