The conditions for receiving presents when scouting a featured sync pair from a Sync Pair Scout + Present are as listed below.
Present Distribution Conditions
After scouting a featured sync pair during the sync pair scout’s duration:
- Upon returning to the Pokémon Center after a story area or battle during the sync pair scout’s duration.
- Upon entering the Pokémon Center from the title screen during the sync pair scout’s duration.
- When restarting the app during the sync pair scout’s duration.
Because our announcements were lacking information regarding these conditions, we are extending the distribution period.
Resolution
Poké Fair Scout + Present
Featured sync pair:
Sygna Suit Red & Charizard
- Before Change: Until 3/15/2020 at 10:59 p.m.
- After Change: Until 4/12/2020 at 10:59 p.m.
Sabrina Scout + Present
Featured sync pair: Sabrina & Alakazam
- Before Change: Until 3/30/2020 at 10:59 p.m.
- After Change: Until 4/12/2020 at 10:59 p.m.
For players who have still not received their presents even after scouting a featured sync pair, we ask that you please try one of the methods noted in the distribution conditions again until the end dates listed above.
Important
- There is no change to the duration of the ongoing Sabrina Scout + Present itself.
- Details regarding the sync pair scout and presents are in separate announcements.
- Presents will be sent to the Temp Storage section of the Present Box.
- Presents sent to your Present Box can only be claimed for a limited amount of time.
