300 non-paid Gems now available to all Pokémon Masters players due to issue with using multiple skip tickets at once

DeNA has confirmed the existence of another issue in Pokémon Masters. Read on below to learn more:

Current Issue

We have addressed the following issue.

Issue Details

When including a sync pair that triggers a lineup bonus on a team, if multiple skip tickets are used at once, fewer rewards may be earned than when completing a battle normally the same number of times.

Occurrence Period

July 30, 2020 at 11:00 p.m. – August 24, 2020 at 11:00 p.m.

Compensation

All players will receive the following as compensation:

• Non-paid Gems x300

Compensation Collection Period

Redeemable until September 24, 2020 at 10:59 p.m.
