Super Smash Bros. Ultimate NA Online Open October 2020 prizes include a sweet trophy and My Nintendo Gold Points

Nintendo has announced the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate North American Online Open October 2020. Read on below to learn more:

Prepare to smash them all in the latest Super Smash Bros.™ Ultimate tournament!

The Super Smash Bros. Ultimate North American Online Open October 2020 tournament features the popular best-of-3 sets and no items during the ladder period. Four regions will be competing over two weekends starting October 24, 2020. The Four Grand Prize winners will each receive a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate North American Online Open October 2020 gold-colored Trophy!

Regions are assigned during the Registration process (see Select your Region section below for more details) and the registration period for all regions begins October 12, 2020, at approximately 9:00 AM PT. Registration for regions will end as follows:

Registration for Region 1 and Region 2 will end at 10:00 AM PT on October 24, 2020.
Registration for Region 3 and Region 4 will end at 10:00 AM PT on October 31, 2020.
Registration for Region 5 and Region 6 will end at 8:00 AM PT on October 31, 2020.
Registration for Region 7 and Region 8 will end at 8:00 AM PT on October 24, 2020.

The top 4 players from each group will each receive an exclusive Super Smash Bros. Ultimate NA Online Open October 2020 trophy with the winner taking home the grand prize trophy! 🏆
