With the Sync Grid tile for Sygna Suit Leaf & Venusaur‘s Potent Toxin 2 activated, Potent Toxin 2 would trigger again whenever Venusaur Mega Evolves.
Resolution
This issue has been fixed so that the Grid Skill, Potent Toxin 2 will not trigger again under these circumstances.

Note: This issue was fixed with the update to Ver. 2.2.0.
Compensation
