The following issue is currently occurring in the game.

Issue Details

If Type Gear that is equipped to your Battle Rally team is exchanged or used to upgrade other Type Gear, you will be unable to return to the Battle Rally.

Occurrence Period

Since January 30, 2024 at 10:00 p.m.

We are currently addressing this issue, but it may take some time to resolve it, so until then we appreciate your patience in waiting for this issue to be resolved.

An additional announcement regarding the resolution will be made after the updated version with the fix is released.

If you have exchanged or used Type Gear to upgrade and cannot return to the Battle Rally, please contact us from the Poryphone menu via Other → Customer Support → Inquiries.

As you enjoy playing the Battle Rally, we ask that you please be careful not to exchange or upgrade using Type Gear that you have set on your Battle Rally team.

We are currently planning compensation for the inconvenience caused.
