Pikachu, Ph.D., flees during catch encounter

Issue description: When attempting to catch Pikachu, Ph.D., it flees right away and cannot be caught.
Issue status: Resolved in next release (333).
The encounter will remain in the Trainer’s inventory until the is caught, so Trainers will be able to catch Pikachu, Ph.D., after downloading the next release.
