Just look at those red glaring eyes - I would not want to be in Seviper's place right now, and neither would James or Meowth.
Jessie didn't ask for this haircut, so she's going to make Seviper pay.
Meanwhile, Seviper just stares at her with her hair in its mouth.
That was its way of telling her to back off, but maybe it went too far.
