Niantic extends second official Pokémon GO Community Day by additional three hours due to service issues in Asia-Pacific region

The second official Pokémon GO Community Day has officially begun in certain territories across the globe, including the Asia-Pacific region. The featured Pokémon for the latest worldwide event is Dratini with an exclusive move, triple Stardust and three-hour Lures. If you evolve the special Dratini into Dragonair and then into Dragonite during Pokémon GO Community Day, your Dragonite will know the special move Draco Meteor. Dratini must be caught or evolved during Pokémon GO Community Day hours in order to learn Draco Meteor; Fast TMs and Charged TMs will not grant exclusive moves during this time.

Shiny Dratini has also made its Pokémon GO debut at the Community Day, and a number of fans have already spotted them in the wild. A special Community Day bundle is now available to purchase via the in-game store for 480 PokéCoins. It is a Silver Box that contains six Lucky Eggs, 20 Pinap Berries, six Star Pieces and 30 Ultra Balls. Pokémon GO developer Niantic has confirmed that there have been a number of service issues impacting gameplay, so it has extended the Pokémon GO Community Day by three additional hours throughout the Asia-Pacific region to accommodate.
