Ranked Battles Series 2 revealed for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, runs from February 1 to April 1 and permits the use of Paradox Pokémon

A new Ranked Battles Season has been announced for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Read on below to learn more:

About Series 2

This is a notice regarding the regulations for Series 2.

How long to use series 2

February 1, 2023 (Wednesday) to April 1, 2023 (Saturday) 8:59

Series 2 regulations

Pokémon that can be used

Pardea Pokédex No. 001-392, 397-398 Pokemon can participate.
*Some Pokemon cannot be used.

* Only Pokemon caught in “Pokemon Scarlet Violet”, Pokemon born from eggs, and Pokemon officially given as a gift can participate.
* For details , please check the following “Pokemon that can be used” .

Pokémon that can be used

level of pokemon

You can register Pokemon from level 1 to 100.
All Pokémon are automatically level 50 during the match.

pokemon stuff

You can give Pokemon a “tool”.
However, two or more of the participating Pokémon cannot have the same Item.

Match time

Total time: Maximum 20 minutes Time
limit: Maximum 7 minutes
Selection time for Pokemon to play: 90 seconds
Selection time per turn: 45 seconds

What is a series

We use regulations called “series” in ranked battles where you can compete with Pokémon trainers around the world and compete in official competitions.
The above period is scheduled to be used for the same series regulation.
We will also announce which series regulations will be used in ranked battles and official tournaments.
